This is the grand spiral NGC4535 in Virgo. it lies about 54 million lys away.
Two major arms with spurs. Pretty uniform in appearance, although the bottom right arm seems splayed out some and displays star burst activity. The galaxy on the right side seems too small/distant to be the cause – so probably an interaction with another member of the Virgo cluster at one time.
